Registration

Speakers must register for the conference. Registration will be available online soon.

The conference is being held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Bloomington Minneapolis South, 7800 Normandale Blvd Minneapolis, MN 55439

Room Rate: $115 plus tax single/double
Room Block Deadline: January 11, 2025 or until exhausted, whichever comes first.

MACO has secured a special room rate of $115 per night and local taxes for single/double available until January 10, 2025 or until the room block is exhausted, whichever comes first.

Session Changes and Presentation Materials

• After you submit your information through the Speaker Agreement Form, MACO staff will reach out with questions regarding your presentation.
• Please take a minute to review your session listing and speaker bios on the conference website. If you have any changes or updates related to your session, please email those to Christian. Changes will be processed on a weekly basis and MACO will send a follow-up via email once the change is complete.

Handouts and presentations will be made available to attendees through the event mobile app. Speakers are responsible for bringing physical handouts to their session if desired.

**Changes/edits to your session and uploading of your presentation materials should be completed no later than January 21, 2025.

• Flash drive with presentation (as a backup)
• Handouts (if applicable)
• Adapter (if you choose to present using your own laptop and have an Apple computer, we suggest you bring an adapter for lightning plug to HDMI)
