Please join us at the annual MACO Winter Conference, February 12-15, 2019, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Bloomington - Minneapolis South. This year we will be looking at our Path to the Future: Where Are We Heading?

This is the premier event where Auditors, Treasurers, Auditor-Treasurers, Financial Officers and Recorders from all 87 counties are together in one location. This event offers the perfect opportunity for you to get in front of these decision makers and to network with association leaders. Online registration is available on the MACO website. Ample time will be provided for attendees to visit exhibitors.

 

Sponsorship Opportunities

Premier Sponsor — $2,250 (4 available)

  • Draped six foot exhibit table
  • Attendee contact list following the event
  • Logo on event website (mncounty.org)
  • Logo included on all event promotions (this includes email)
  • Signage at the event
  • Three full MACO conference registrations (this includes Wednesday breakfast and lunch and Thursday’s breakfast and lunch. Wednesday banquet tickets may be purchased separately).
  • Company logo included on printed materials
  • Company contact information, logo, and a 50-word description in the conference mobile app.
  • Your choice to be the exclusive sponsor of one of the following:
    1. Mobile app – banner ad on the mobile app, including links to your company website. This will include all conference material and conference handouts
    2. Break– includes company logo on signage throughout all breaks
    3. Banquet and Entertainment - include company logo on signage as well as verbal recognition during the Wednesday Banquet
    4. Lanyards – included company logo on all conference attendee name badge lanyards

Exhibit Booth — $1,250

Extra representative tickets are $125.

Meals offered during the exhibit hall hours are included. The Wednesday banquet may be purchased separately for $50 per ticket.


Hotel Information:

MACO has negotiated a special room rate for those wishing to stay at the DoubleTree during the conference. The rate is $109+tax/night (single or double occupancy). To receive this discount, you must call the hotel directly and ask for “the MACO conference rate.” Hurry, this rate will expire January 17, 2019. Please Note:

  • MACO will request your company representatives in late December. This form is for the purchase of sponsorships and exhibit booths only. We will send you a form in December to submit representative names, and purchase additional representative tickets (if needed). Exhibitor pre-registration will end on January 14, 2019. After this date, any changes or additions will need to be made on-site and the appropriate registration fees will apply.
  • ALL sponsors and exhibitors must submit a print-ready logo and 50-word description no later than January 7, 2019 to be included in the onsite program. 
  • If you need a phone line, Internet access, or any other special equipment requests, please contact the hotel directly at 952-835-7800.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing on or before January 17, 2019 will receive a full refund, less a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations after January 17 will not receive a refund.

Due to PCI compliance, MACO may only accept the pdf registration form via fax or mail. Emails with this completed form attached will not be accepted.

As part of the MACO Winter Conference, you may be photographed or you may be recorded on audio and/or video. These items may be used in promoting future conferences or in other marketing related to MACO. We are reminding you that attendance at this event implies your consent to be photographed or recorded.
