For those attending the Excel class, please be sure to download the excel spreadsheets (listed under the heading: 2018 MACATFO Excel Training Handouts) to your laptop for use during the session.
Please note that we will not be providing any printed handouts onsite, so please plan to print what you need ahead of time or bring a mobile device/laptop for easy access to the handouts at the conference.

June 19-22, 2018 | Cragun's Resort on Gull Lake
Join us for the MACATFO 2018 Summer Conference, held June 19-22 at Cragun’s Resort. We are striving to provide a “roll up your sleeves” conference this year where the hope is to provide you with information to assist you in your day-to-day responsibilities. It will provide learning opportunities regardless of the length of time you have been in your position – “seasoned” members are able to share their knowledge and new members are able to share their fresh ideas!
As you can see from the agenda, we have scheduled some excel training. Please bring your device (laptop, notebook or tablet) if it has Excel installed as there will only be a limited number of laptops available for use during those sessions.
Wednesday Afternoon Team Building:
- Golf – This is complementary to MACATFO attendees. A small fee will cover the cost of prizes. Sign-up available at the MACATFO registration table.
- Gull Lake pontoon rides – Sign-up available at the MACATFO registration table.
- Create your own terrarium – Denise Anderson and Martie Monsrud will send out more information soon!
Reminder, the MACATFO Conference registration is separate from the Cragun’s lodging online reservation. Please complete and return your MACATFO registration forms (with payment) to Bob Hiivala by the May 20th deadline; a completed registration form should be submitted for each person attending the conference from your county. The conference registration fee has been set at $30.00 per attendee.
With respect to lodging accommodations, please complete your Cragun’s online reservation. Spouses/guests/family are certainly welcome at the conference. I urge you to complete your online reservation as soon as possible, but no later than May 20th. The vendor registration materials will be sent out shortly.
For commuters, a separate online day attendee reservation is available to purchase meals by the May 20th deadline.
