Welcome to the home of the Minnesota Association of County Officers!

Greetings. It looks like summer is finally here. The Minnesota County Recorders Association Summer Conference and the Minnesota Association of Auditors, Treasurers and Finance Officers Summer Conference have just finished. Hopefully those who attended gained valuable information. For those of us who do election administration we just completed two days of training with the Minnesota Secretary of State. This is the beginning of a busy election season.

I would like to remind you of the upcoming MACO e-Counties Conference which will be held September 10 thru 12th at the Arrowwood Resort in Alexandria. I encourage you to attend if possible as this is an opportunity to gain valuable information on where technology is headed.

As always I want to encourage you to use the member’s only section of the website. This is a valuable tool for sharing information amongst our members.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding MACO please contact me or one of the MACO Board members (they are listed on the website).

Enjoy your summer!!!!!

Dennis Freed
MACO President
