All events that require payment will have the following cancellation policy:

All cancellations must be received in writing no later than 5 business days before the event. Cancellations received before or on this date will receive a full refund, less a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 5 business days before the event will not receive a refund. No-shows will not receive a refund.

In the event of an event costing less than $25 for registration, the administrative fee shall be waived.
